    Procedure DragVertSlideButton

    This permits the user to drag the slide bar button.

    Once the slide button has  been  dragged  or  moved  by the user, the
    program  should  check  TextWindow.VSlide.CurPos  to  determine  what
    the user changed.

    Never write directly to VSlide.CurPos.

    DragHorzSlideButton  is  similar,   except  for  the  bottom  of  the
    window, horizontal.
